EU imposes definitive anti-dumping duty on steel bulb flats from China and Turkey

11/01/2024 (Agence Europe)Following an investigation, the European Commission has decided, by means of an implementing regulation published in the Official Journal on Thursday 11 January 2024, to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of steel bulb flats originating in the People’s Republic of China and Turkey. The investigation was opened in November 2022, following a complaint lodged by Laminados Losal S.A.U. On 12 July 2023, the Commission published in the Official Journal an implementing regulation imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty of 13.6% for companies originating in Turkey and 14.7% for those based in China. The current regulation now introduces a definitive anti-dumping duty of 13.6% for the Turkish industries concerned and 23% for the Chinese industries. See the regulations: https://aeur.eu/f/acy (IS)
