Italy receives €21 million from EU Solidarity Fund following 2022 flooding

05/12/23 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 5 December, the European Commission approved aid of €20.9 million from the European Union Solidarity Fund (EUSF) for the Marche region in Italy, following the extensive damage caused by the heavy rainfall and flooding in September 2022 in the provinces of Pesaro-Urbino and Ancona and Macerata.
