The 2023 edition of the EU Education and Training Observatory, presented at the European Education Summit on 30 November by the Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, Iliana Ivanova, reveals major advances in European higher education. 

The number of young Europeans with qualifications is rising, while the number of early school leavers is falling.
