ERC will provide €627 million in European funding to 308 researchers to consolidate their research teams

On Thursday 23 November, the European Research Council (ERC) announced that it had selected 308 researchers out of 2,130 applicants for this year’s Consolidator Grants.

The total budget for this tranche of subsidies for 2023 is €627 million.

This grant programme, offered as part of Horizon Europe, is designed to support excellent researchers in all scientific fields who wish to consolidate their own research teams.
