Josep Borrell welcomes adoption of joint roadmap for deepening strategic cooperation with region

Alongside the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) on Monday 23 October in Luxembourg(see other news), the 27 European ministers attended, for the first time, the annual ministerial meeting between the EU and Central Asia, attended by Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
