EIT InnoEnergy knowledge community announces €140 million private placement for energy innovation

On Thursday 7 September, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) announced a €140 million private placement by one of its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs), the EIT InnoEnergy KIC.

EIT InnoEnergy was created to mobilise private and public resources to invest in the energy transition.

With this latest round of investment, EIT InnoEnergy has underlined its intention to stimulate the growth of its portfolio companies and its ambition to generate €110 billion...
