European Commission consults on its legislative package relating to open finance framework

03/07/23 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 30 June, the European Commission launched consultations on the two parts of the ‘open finance framework’ unveiled on 28 June (see EUROPE B13211A15). The first of the two consultations aims to gather contributions on data sharing and third-party access in a number of sectors, and financial products.
