European Commission’s Joint Research Centre and the European Defence Agency call for development of EU defence strategy on climate change

In a report published on Thursday 8 June on the links between climate change, energy and defence, the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre and the European Defence Agency concluded that EU decision-makers should consider developing an EU defence strategy on climate change.
