12/05/2023 (Agence Europe) – In an implementing regulation published on Friday 12 May, the European Commission extends its anti-dumping duty on imports of certain high tenacity polyester yarns from China. It had imposed such a duty on these products as early as 2010, and has renewed it at each review. Through a parallel investigation, the Commission also found that one additional Chinese producer should be subject to such a measure (Zhejiang Hailide New Material Co, Ltd) and imposed an anti-dumping duty on it the same day in a second implementing regulation.
