18/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission on Tuesday 18 April approved, under the Merger Control Regulation (EC No 139/2004), the creation of a joint undertaking by three US-based companies: Macquarie Real Estate Investments Holdings (North America), Inc (‘Macquarie’), RHP Partners-Manager GP, LLC(RHP) and IC USA LP(Ivanhoe).
