13/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 13 April, the European Commission published an implementing regulation, re-imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on Chinese imports of sodium gluconate. Such a measure has been in force since 2010. On behalf of the Union sodium gluconate industry, Jungbunzlauer SA filed a request to review the anti-dumping duty in October 2022, when it was due to expire. After investigation, the Commission concluded that Chinese dumping would continue should the measure be discontinued and therefore renewed the measure in force.
