European Commission approves acquisition of VOO and Brutélé by Orange, subject to certain conditions

On Monday 20 March, the European Commission approved the proposed acquisition of VOO and Brutélé by Orange. The authorisation is conditional on full compliance with a package of commitments proposed by Orange.
