European Parliament validates Interinstitutional Agreement on non-recognition of Russian travel documents issued in Ukraine and Georgia

24/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – MEPs approved, on 24 November, the agreement reached with the EU Council on 10 November (see EUROPE B13061A23) on the non-acceptance of Russian travel documents issued in the illegally occupied areas of Ukraine and Georgia for the purpose of issuing visas or crossing the EU’s external borders.
