Ursula von der Leyen announces forthcoming appointment of special envoy

18/11/2022 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, announced on Friday 18 November, during a speech at the IISS Manama Dialogue, that the EU would appoint a special representative for the Gulf.
