EU extends anti-dumping duties on certain Chinese and Russian steel products

28/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published an implementing regulation on Thursday 27 October extending anti-dumping duties on certain cold-rolled flat steel products from China and Russia. The duties, which were imposed in 2016, were due to expire, but the European steel producers’ association (Eurofer) called for a review of the measures. After investigation, the Commission considered that the tariffs should remain in force to avoid injury to the Union industry. The rights remain the same and range from 19.7% to 36.1%.
