Member States’ ambassadors approve future EUMAM Ukraine formation commanders

27/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The ambassadors of the EU Member States meeting in the Political and Security Committee (PSC) agreed on Thursday 27 October to the appointment of the future formation commanders of the European Union Military Assistance Mission in support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine). German Lieutenant General Andreas Marlow is expected to be appointed Special Formation Commander for the mission and Polish Major General Piotr Trytek as Joint Formation Commander. (CG)
