European monitoring mission on border between Azerbaijan and Armenia begins

27/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European External Action Service (EEAS) announced on the evening of Wednesday 26 October that the EU monitors had left for their first patrol on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border. “For the next two months, the EU Monitoring Capacity will monitor the situation on the Armenian side of the border to build confidence and contribute to the border commissions”, the EEAS said in a tweet.
