22/07/2022 (Agence Europe) – Negotiations in the European Parliament on the regulation to establish a constellation for secure connectivity are progressing rapidly, according to information obtained on Friday 22 July. Almost all points of the regulation have been covered by the rapporteurs and shadow rapporteurs; only a few aspects remain, including the thorny issue of the budget. The next rapporteurs’ meeting will be held on 13 September. The committee vote remains scheduled for 13 October.
