Harald Waiglein reappointed as Chair of EU Council’s Financial Services Committee

03/06/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Financial Services Committee (FSC) reappointed, on Friday 3 June, Harald Waiglein as its Chair for a third two-year term, starting on Tuesday 14 June. Mr Waiglein is the Director General for Economics and Finance at the Austrian Ministry of Finance. In this capacity, he represents Austria at the economic and financial committee and the Eurogroup working group. He has been in office since 14 June 2018.
