Fredrik Persson elected President of BusinessEurope

03/06/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 3 June, BusinessEurope’s Council of Presidents unanimously elected Fredrik Persson, the Swede and recent president of the Swedish business association Svenskt Näringliv, to succeed Pierre Gattaz of France as president from 1 July 2022. Its term of office is two years, renewable once. Persson has been Vice President of BusinessEurope since 2020 and an active member of the Council of Presidents since 2017.
