Commissioning of a gas interconnection between Poland and Lithuania

05/05/2022 (Agence Europe) – While Russia has decided to suspend gas deliveries to Poland and Bulgaria, the Lithuanian, Polish and Latvian presidents inaugurated on Thursday 5 May the GIPL (Gas Interconnection Poland-Lithuania) pipeline linking Poland and Lithuania, in the presence of European Energy Commissioner Kadri Simson.
