Ten EU countries singled out for failure to transpose electronic communications code

06/04/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 6 April, the European Commission referred ten Member States - Croatia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden - to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failure to fully transpose the EU Electronic Communications Code into national law.
