06/04/2022 (Agence Europe) – The General Court of the European Union on Wednesday 6 April annulled the 2018, 2019 and 2020 EU Council decisions extending the inclusion of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak’s family - his wife, two sons and their wives - on the EU’s list of persons sanctioned with an asset freeze and a territorial ban (joined cases T-335, 338/18 and T-327/19) (see EUROPE B12219A26).
