On Tuesday 5 April the European Commission adopted a new human resources strategy aimed at providing modern workplaces and fulfilling careers that will attract the best talent from the Member States.
It also adopted a communication (‘Greening the Commission’) setting out how the institution will become climate-neutral by 2030. The Commission will reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 60% by 2030 compared to 2005 levels and offset the remaining emissions with carbon removals.
