Jacques Delors Institute publishes recommendations on Social Climate Fund

02/02/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Jacques Delors Institute has drawn up a series of recommendations to maximise the chances of success for the Social Climate Fund (SCF), in a study that was published on Wednesday 26 January. The institute is of the opinion that the introduction of an ETS 2 system for trading allowances for the road and heating sector is in fact a socially regressive instrument.
