Council of Europe launches online training to combat violence against women

31/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 31 January, the Council of Europe launched an online programme to improve law enforcement response to cases of violence against women or online violence. Called HELP, this free course is based on the Istanbul Convention and the work of the group of experts on monitoring its implementation (GREVIO).
