10/12/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission opened a consultation period, on Wednesday 8 December, to feed into the legislative debate in the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union on the maximum dimensions and weights in national and international traffic for certain road vehicles circulating within the EU. In concrete terms, through this text, the Commission intends to clarify the rules and standards for the various types of vehicles, ranging from heavy goods vehicles to light vehicles, including trailers and other hitches.
