03/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, and the Peruvian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oscar Maúrtua, announced on Wednesday 3 November in Lima the forthcoming signing of a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding to govern political cooperation between the EU and Peru for the period 2021-2027. They also signed a €14 million public health cooperation agreement and finalised the participation of the Peruvian armed forces in EU military missions around the world.
