European Commission launches infringement proceedings against 19 Member States concerning re-use of public data

30/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Thursday 30 September to open infringement proceedings against 19 Member States for failing to comply with EU rules on open data and the re-use of public sector information. The European Commission considers that these 19 countries have not provided sufficiently complete information on how these rules have been transposed into national law.
