Anguilla, Dominica and Seychelles to leave EU ‘black’ list of tax havens

30/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – As expected (see EUROPE B12800A15), the Ecofin Council, which will meet on Tuesday 5 October in Luxembourg, will formally remove three third countries - Anguilla, Dominica and the Seychelles - from the European Union’s ‘blacklist’ of non-cooperative jurisdictions and third countries for tax purposes.
