23/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – Following the entry into force of the Cohesion policy legislative package at the beginning of July (see EUROPE 12753/26), the European Commission announced on Friday 23 July the launch of a new website with which to monitor the budgetary allocation of the different structural funds (ERDF and CF, Just Transition Fund, European Social Fund, Interreg) for the period 2021-2027. “We developed this new webpage to bring Cohesion policy closer to all citizens. It is user friendly and it shows data in a transparent and easy way”, said the Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms, Elisa Ferreira. A similar site has existed in the past, to track 2014-2020 expenditure. The European Commission has also developed a website for the implementation of REACT-EU.
