23/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – On 23 July, the European Commission published a regulation initiating a review of the anti-dumping investigation into Chinese trichloroisocyanuric acid in respect of 3 companies. Inner Mongolia Likang Bio-Tech Co., Ltd, Hebei Xingfei Chemical Co., Ltd, and Shandong Lantian Disinfection Technology Co., Ltd. are all manufacturers who benefit from a lifting of the anti-dumping tariffs. They had submitted their request to the European Commission between 2019 and 2021 and proved that they had not exported the product in question to the Union during the investigation period upon which the anti-dumping measures are based (1 April 2003 to 31 March 2004).
