Impact of flood disaster on EU agriculture is yet to be determined

20/07/2021 (Agence Europe) – The German delegation briefed EU agriculture ministers on Monday 19 July on the recent floods in northwest Europe and their impact on agriculture in the region. Flooding occurred in parts of Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The impact on the agricultural sector, although yet to be determined, is likely to be severe, according to the delegations concerned.
