EU Council adopts conclusions on ‘renovation wave’ strategy

Brussels, 11/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 11 June, the energy ministers of the EU Member States unanimously adopted the draft conclusions of the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU on the ‘renovation wave’ strategy proposed by the European Commission (see EUROPE 12581/10). This outcome was expected, as the draft conclusions - detailed in our columns (see EUROPE 12721/35, 12717/10) - had been endorsed on 2 June by the Member States’ ambassadors to the EU (‘Coreper’ - see EUROPE 12732/30).
