World Trade Organization opens panel to examine disputes with EU 

22/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – Following the EU’s request of 15 January 2021 (see EUROPE B12636A22), the World Trade Organization (WTO) established a dispute panel on 22 February concerning export restrictions on nickel exports to Indonesia. The EU believes that this ban is detrimental to European businesses. These restrictions violate the rules of the WTO’s General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).(LM)
