Future Acts on services and markets will take form of Regulations

01/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – The future Digital Services Act (DSA) and Digital Markets Act (DMA), which will be presented on Wednesday 9 December, will take the form of Regulations rather than Directives (see EUROPE B12603A10). This was stated at the end of November by the European Commissioner for Internal Market, Thierry Breton, in an interview with the French press.
