01/12/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 30 November MEPs on Parliament's International Trade Committee approved the agreement that had been reached in trilogue (see EUROPE B12599A23) on 10 November. These regulations replace the Dual-Use Export Regulations, 2009. In other words, products that may have a civil or military use. In particular, the agreement makes it possible to include cyber-surveillance technologies in the list of products subject to controls. (LM)
