20/10/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 19 October, the European Commission and the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy presented the second joint report on the implementation of the Action Plan on Military Mobility from 28 March 2018 (see EUROPE 11991/13). It covers the period June 2019-September 2020. According to this report, since June 2019, the implementation of the Action Plan has continued with concrete and tangible results, namely the updating of military requirements, the updating of the gap analysis, the agreement on dual-use requirements, the adoption of the EU 302 form and the directive ensuring equal treatment of defence efforts with regard to NATO and the EU in terms of taxation.
