EU Code of Practice on Online Disinformation, a “very valuable instrument” with many shortcomings

The European Commission presented on Thursday 10 September an overall assessment of the effectiveness of the EU Code of Practice on Disinformation. This evaluation, the result of a series of various contributions (see EUROPE B12359A5), covers the first year of application of the text, signed in October 2018.
