Worldline allegedly proposed concessions to Commission for acquisition of Ingenico

10/09/2020 (Agence Europe) – Worldline has proposed concessions to the European Commission to address its competition concerns about the proposed acquisition of its competitor Ingenico, according to Reuters news agency reports on Thursday 10 September. The Commission will make a decision on this operation by 30 September, compared to the original deadline of 16 September.
