Only 10 Member States have notified transposition of posted workers directive

31/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, the Netherlands and Slovakia are the only Member States to have so far notified the European Commission of the transposition of the Posted Workers Directive (2018/957) (see EUROPE 11985/22), according to information gleaned on Friday 31 July. The deadline for transposing the Directive was 30 July 2020 (see EUROPE 12539/29). (PH)
