European Parliament must “improve” 2021-2027 MFF and EU’s post-Covid-19 recovery plan, says Jacques Delors Institute

It may be a potentially “more integrated and inclusive” EU that emerges from the 21 July agreement on the post-Covid-19 Economic Recovery Plan and the 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF), according to a note published on Tuesday 28 July by the Jacques Delors Institute (see EUROPE B12536A3). 

But this organisation believes that it is up to the European Parliament to improve this agreement.
