After the Renew Europe and EPP groups, the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament presented its proposals to reform the asylum system in view of the upcoming Pact from the Commission.
At a briefing organised by Belgian MEP Saskia Bricmont, the group insisted that the future system must be more efficient, clearer and provide for compensation payments by Member States that do not contribute to solidarity.
