EU increases aid to Greece to prevent spread of coronavirus in refugee camps on islands

12/05/2020 (Agence Europe) – In response to Greece’s request for assistance through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France and the Netherlands have offered customised containers for shelter and medical care for refugees and migrants who are at risk from Covid-19 in overcrowded camps on the Greek islands.
