Commission proposes extension of time limit for convening general meetings of ‘European companies’ in 2020

On Thursday, 30 April, the European Commission presented a proposal for a Council regulation aiming to temporarily extend the time limit for convening general meetings of ‘European Companies’ (SEs) and ‘European Cooperative Societies’ (SCEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
