30/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – The heads of a number of European organisations that represent individual shareholders, including BETTER FINANCE, sent an open letter to the European Commission on Wednesday 29 April asking it not to give in to pressure from stakeholders who are calling for postponement of the Implementing Regulation for the revised Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD II).
