After European Parliament, EU Council approves postponement of rules for medical devices

23/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – The one-year postponement, from 26 May 2020 to 26 May 2021, of the application of Regulation 2017/74 governing the placement of medical devices - including gloves, surgical masks, and intensive care equipment—on the market has been duly noted (see EUROPE B12461A8).
