EU Council extends mandate of EUAM Iraq

08/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council has extended the mandate of the EU mission to support security sector reform in Iraq (EUAM Iraq) until 30 April 2022, Tuesday 7 April. The mission will continue to provide advice and expertise at the strategic level on the implementation of the civilian aspects of security sector reform in Iraq.
