The EU, its Member States and European financial institutions are ready to mobilise more than €20 billion to help the EU's most vulnerable partner countries fight the new coronavirus, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the Commission, Josep Borrell, announced on Wednesday 8 April.
