Eurojust supports several investigations into online fraud exploiting COVID-19 pandemic

08/04/2020 (Agence Europe) – Eurojust said on Wednesday 8 April that it was supporting several cross-border investigations into criminal organisations exploiting the COVID-19 pandemic. Several files were opened within the agency to support investigations into online fraud involving the sale of fake face masks and hand sanitisers in Germany and France. Eurojust is also active in an investigation into criminals who hacked into the computer system of a hospital in the Czech Republic.
